Full-paper submission guidelines
.) Creating your paper. All papers (oral or poster presentations) must be written in English and should be submitted as Portable Document Format files (PDF) of up to 10 pages. There is a size limit of 2MB. Please keep in mind that the workshop proceedings will be printed in black and white, i.e. coloured images should be designed with different levels of grey instead of colours. The proposed generic template for typesetting your paper is the standard IEEE transaction style (see www.ieee.org/web/publications/authors/transjnl/index.html). See also the IEEE "Simplified Requirements for Creating PDF Files for IEEE Xplore". Click here to download the Acrobat Distiller job options file.
.) Checking your file. Authors are advised to check and/or convert their files using IEEE PDF eXpress. To do so, you have to create an IEEE PDF eXpress account first. Please use our Conference ID "wpnc09x". See the instructions for further details.
.) Submitting your Paper. Paper submission is handled only through the TrackChair paper review system at http://wpnc09.trackchair.com. With submission, please go through the automated Electronic Copyright Process for IEEE publishing purposes.
.) Registering for WPNC'09. Please notice that at least one author of each paper must register for the workshop. Register here.
