Full-paper submission guidelines
1.) Creating your paper. All papers (oral or poster presentations) must be written in English and should be submitted as Portable Document Format files (PDF) of up to 6 pages. There is a size limit of 2MB. The proposed generic template for typesetting your paper is the standard IEEE transaction style (see http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/authors/transjnl/index.html). See also the IEEE "Simplified Requirements for Creating PDF Files for IEEE Xplore". Click here to download the Acrobat Distiller job options file.
2.) Checking your file. Authors are advised to check and/or convert their files using IEEE PDF eXpress Plus. To do so, you have to create an IEEE PDF eXpress plus account first. Please use our conference ID "wpnc12xp". See the instructions for further details.
3.) Submitting your Paper. Once you have converted or checked your paper on PDF eXpress plus and the paper passes the conformance test, log back in to your PDF eXpress Plus account and approve your PDF for collection.
Fill out an IEEE copyright form, and either fax it to +44 141 552 4968, or scan it and email it to copyright@ieeevtc.org.
Please also add your paper ID as mentioned in the agenda (e.g. S1CL1) on the copyright form.
The copyright form can be found here.
Please do not use the e-copyright form.
4.) Registering for WPNC'12. Please notice that at least one author of each paper must register for the workshop.
