7th Workshop on Positioning, Navigation and Communication 2010 (WPNC'10)

The University of Applied Sciences (HTW) Dresden is proud to announce the 7th Workshop on Positioning, Navigation and Communication 2010 (WPNC'10), which will take place in Dresden, Germany, March 11, 2010.

Scope

Accurate location and tracking information anywhere anytime is becoming as impor- tant as communication anywhere, anytime. Although mobile position-aware systems, combined with modern wireless technologies are entering our daily life, several prob- lems in information and communication technology still need to be solved. The work- shop is devoted to recent advances in positioning, navigation and communications, as well the current state-of-the-art in techniques and systems. In addition contribu- tions from the EU FP7 projects EUWB and WHERE are included in the workshop, to provide an insight on UWB-Localization technology in industrial applications.

Submission Guidelines

Full-paper or poster submissions in the form of extended abstracts (max. 2 pages) or full papers (max. 10 pages) are requested electronically in PDF-format in English language until Dec. 14, 2009 (Extended!). Paper submission is handled only through the TrackChair paper review system at http://wpnc10.trackchair.com.
